At SHG level - Social Impact
- Improved the capacities, leadership qualities of groups members through Capacity building activities
- Members attendance percentage improved from 64% to 98%
- Developed linkages with government departments and other agencies. As a result many groups are availing benefits from welfare schemes like SGSY, SGRY, ISL, IAY etc
- sponsored by state and central governments
- Improved health & hygienic practices through synergy with ICDS, Medical & Health department
- Reduced gender discrimination, violence against women in group member’s families
- Drastically reduced children school dropout rate
- Improved institutional deliveries up to 98%
- Institutionalized best practices at groups level like( regular savings, members attendance, periodical meetings, internal lending, prompt repayment, bookkeeping)
- Reduced migrations particularly in tribal areas
Economic impact
- Saving capacity increased ranging from Rs.30 to Rs.100
- Saving rate is 100%
- Improved access to credit to all group members by developing linkages between SHGs and local banks, MFIs
- Improved livelihood opportunities both in farm and non - farm sectors.
- Loan size improved ranging from Rs.2500 to Rs.9000 per client

At SHG federation level – Social Impact
- Promoted eight SHG federations
- Built the capacities of groups leaders about group dynamics, necessity of federation
- Institutionalized best practices
- Internal democracy improved
- Improved transparency, accountability through regular monthly board meetings
- Developed linkages with external financial institutions through Krushi
- Developed solidarity, unity and integrity among the villages. As a result the women responding on many developmental, social issues. Eg. Padmanagar SHG federation members organized a rally in solidarity to the farmers on their issues
- Conducted eye camps in collaboration with Rekurthi charitable eye hospital. 5000 members availed services through the special camps and 350 under gone cataract surgery.
- Promoted livelihood activities like Organic cotton program, NPM project in partnership with ETC, Velugu
- Promoted women dairy cooperatives at Rallapet, Katkur, Venugopalpur villages in collaboration with Vijaya Milk Producers Cooperative Society
- Every year leadership rotation is taking place and the members in all MACS elect committed, dedicated board members
- Enhanced credit plus services to groups in synergy with line departments. Eg. Animal husbandry, agriculture, horticulture departments etc.
- Improved credit services to SHGs in-time
- Increased loan size from Rs.2500 to Rs.10,000
- Extending credit services to all members
- Streamlined multiple loans and providing loan amount to the groups as per their need
- Productive loans increased from 60% to 90%
